Support for Your Professional Growth

Clinical supervision and consultation are valuable spaces for reflection, growth, and developing confidence as a therapist. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where you can explore your clinical work, strengthen your skills, and navigate the complexities of this profession with more clarity and ease.

My Approach

I offer general clinical supervision and consultation that is inclusive, trauma-informed, and collaborative. While my background includes advanced training in EMDR, sex therapy, and trauma work, I do not provide EMDRIA-Approved Consultation or AASECT-Certified Sex Therapy Supervision for the purpose of certification hours. Instead, our work together focuses more broadly on:

  • Developing clinical judgment and case conceptualization

  • Enhancing your therapeutic presence and relational skills

  • Exploring trauma-informed and inclusive practices

  • Building confidence in addressing sexuality, identity, and relational concerns

  • Navigating ethical challenges and professional boundaries

  • Supporting your growth in self-reflection, balance, and sustainability as a clinician

Who I Work With

I provide supervision and consultation for:

  • Pre-licensed clinicians working toward state licensure

  • Therapists seeking ongoing professional development and support

  • Clinicians wanting to strengthen skills in trauma, relational, or sexuality-focused work

  • Practitioners looking for a collaborative space to process difficult cases and prevent burnout

Why Work With Me

As a therapist and supervisor, I bring both practical experience and a supportive, collegial approach. My aim is not to impose a single “right way” of practicing, but to help you develop confidence in your own clinical voice while staying grounded in ethical, compassionate care.

If you’re seeking supervision or consultation that prioritizes reflection, skill-building, and sustainability in your practice, I invite you to reach out for an initial conversation to see if we’d be a good fit.
