Remote Fully Licensed Therapist

Radiant Relationships Counseling is committed to providing a supportive, affirming workplace for clinicians who want to practice thoughtfully and intentionally rather than at high volume. We value therapists who approach their work with curiosity, integrity, and care.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong commitment to social justice, have engaged in personal and professional work to understand and challenge systemic oppression, and bring experience serving diverse and underrepresented communities, including LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC populations. We prioritize collaboration, humility, and dedication to ongoing professional growth.

Radiant Relationships Counseling is a small group practice founded to provide clients with skillful, specialized care in trauma, sexuality, and relationships while offering clinicians an empowering environment to deepen their expertise. Our goal is to support you in cultivating your clinical strengths and building a career that feels meaningful and sustainable.

We are currently seeking fully licensed mental health clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PhD, or PsyD). The ideal candidate is values-driven, culturally responsive, committed to continued development, and passionate about working with trauma, sexuality, and/or relationship concerns (including couples therapy).

Schedule Expectations

  • During the first year, clinicians are expected to maintain availability for at least one evening or weekend day. After the first year, schedules may transition to Monday–Friday based on availability and caseload stability.

  • A full caseload consists of approximately 20 client sessions per week, plus 2–5 hours of paid administrative time for care coordination, documentation, and related clinical tasks.

  • To account for cancellations and reschedules, clinicians should plan to maintain availability for approximately 23–25 scheduled sessions weekly.

  • Clinicians are supported with resources and referrals to build toward a full caseload of 20–30 clients per week, depending on clinician preference and capacity.

What We Provide

  • A steady and reliable stream of referrals

  • Competitive compensation through a split-fee model: fully licensed clinicians receive 55% of collected session fees plus $25/hour for non-clinical administrative time (up to 5 hours maximum weekly). Clinicians are paid biweekly and compensation is based on all collected fees.

  • Eleven (11) paid holidays, flat-rate stipend dependent on client hours lost due to holiday closure.
