ABOUT Rachel
I approach therapy from a relational, strengths-based, and solution-focused perspective, with the belief that meaningful change comes from both understanding your story and actively building toward something different. I work collaboratively with clients to identify what’s already working, while helping create practical, realistic shifts that support long-term growth. My style is direct, engaged, and grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel respected, understood, and able to be honest.
I have experience working with individuals from military backgrounds and understand the complexity of stress, transition, and identity that can come with those experiences. My work centers around sex therapy, relationships, and trauma, where I support clients in navigating intimacy, communication, and the ways past experiences continue to shape present patterns. I integrate approaches such as CBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care to meet each client’s needs, balancing structure with space for deeper emotional exploration.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative and nonjudgmental environment where we can talk openly about what’s difficult, challenge patterns that no longer serve you, and move toward more connected, fulfilling ways of living and relating.
